As a Key Member of ARRK Global Network, SPG Pre-Series Tooling & Prototyping is a full service company for injection moulded pre-series and prototype parts for the automotive industry throughout Europe.

SPG has many years of experience working for the automotive industry. Turnkey projects for exterior modules (e.g. bumper systems) as well as interior modules (e.g. instrument panels, door panels) are our main expertise areas.

As a project team we provide you with the components you require, but also add full project management services and technological knowledge based on decades of experience in the automotive prototyping field. Each of your projects is supported by our complete team as each adds his or her specific qualities.

For prototyping large components in production materials SPG uses its patented Pre-Tension Tool technology, utilizing ARRK's existing production facilities in Europe with up to 4000 tons injection moulding machines. Our customers will benefit from the ARRK Group production tooling know-how and the opportunity of a complete in-house package.

For medium size components in production materials SPG cooperates with local tool making partners. Producing your parts either at SPG in Weert on our own 600 tons injection moulding machine or at one of our partners.

 

For small size components in production materials SPG cooperates with specialized toolmakers within the ARRK Global Network. High quality prototype tools in steel meeting all your requirements will produce your components in exceptionally short lead times.

 

We also paint, chrome and assemble the components into complete modules. To be delivered on time where you need them.
